Clients within the CEB Virtual Branch can adjust service parameters using a web form! which is also now available in  the CEB Mobile application . 

 

How to set up CEB service in Virtual Branch step by step 

Step 1: In the Virtual Branch! select the ČSOB CEB Service Settings (Set Up Yourself) tile! which is located on the Other tab. The option to request bank settings is also retained.

Step 2: On the CEB service online management screen! make the required changes to the settings! e.g. add or remove accounts or users! set limits! user permissions! set transaction authorization rules! etc.

In the Virtual Branch! you sign a new contract and the changes will enter into force.
