Usability has become an important differentiating factor in software applications. As users, we increasingly attach greater importance to this element. Usability testing is becoming increasingly important as users seek greater satisfaction regarding ease of use, navigability, adaptability, simplicity, aesthetics.
What do we mean by usability?
